Tabachnick & Associates was established in 1991. We are a full appraisal, and consulting firm, specializing in residential one to four family homes, pmi reduction, and estate tax issues. We are approved with most lenders that you will being using, and can be appoved with any specific lender that you choose with advanced notice

Areas of Coverage
We cover the following counties; Suffolk, Nassau, Queens, Kings, Richmond, and The Bronx For your convienience we will accept any appointment made between 9am-12pm or 12pm-3pm for 24 hours after the order is submitted and accepted.
